Nice place to chill after exploring Genting! Drinks and food are standard Starbucks quality, consistent and reliable. Can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so finding a seat might be tricky.

Went to Genting Highlands on 3/2/26 around 4.30pm. Encountered a very unhappy and unhelpful counter service person, a Malay guy. Asked for milk tea kosong and was told they use a machine to make it and are unable to do kosong. What kind of cafe can't do kosong?

My experience was affected by poor communication from the staff. I asked about the ang pao promotion and was only told about the minimum spend. After making my purchase, I was later informed by the barista that payment via the app was required. Very frustrating.

Atmosphere 5/5, so cooling and windy, love the feeling enjoying a warm caffe mocha. Service 3/5, long queue and self-service but once ordered pretty fast. They call your number when ready.

The weather and the hot latte. The freezing cold and a place to hide. What else could be so perfect? This Starbucks saved the day. All good. Pay your staff their salaries, none of them are smiling or greeting or thanking. They must be dead tired. This place is so packed with people.
