We ordered cafe latte and it tasted super light for all 3 cups. Just milky, that's all. Quite disappointing to be honest. We inquired with the sales assistant and her response was that Starbucks uses 2 shots standard for cafe latte. Still, the taste was underwhelming.

Misleading promotion and poor service at Starbucks Genting. Before ordering, asked to confirm if spending RM28 would qualify for the red packet set and was told yes. After paying, staff said I needed to do something else to qualify. Very misleading.

Terrible experience with the service staff. Cannot order black tea with milk without sugar. Not even if you beg.

Don't stay freezing, come and have some nice drinks and desserts. Good quality and service. The staff were cheerful and welcoming. As usual the drinks are amazing. Instagrammable place. Cosy ambience and peaceful unless it's noisy. Keep it up.

I prefer this Starbucks outlet compared to First World Hotel and SkyAvenue because it truly gives you the Genting Highlands vibe through the floor-to-ceiling windows and cool open weather. Lots of greenery around.
