Poh Kong unlike long decades when it was only a small gold shop can negotiate and gave best price to suit your budget. Now. all the price given are fixed, not negotiate. Unless you purchase over Rm 5k, they give little bit discount, pretend.

My purchase was actually fast and quick as I know what I wanted to buy. But I encountered Bad service and rude staff by a male staff. After purchase, he just pass me the invoice, he dont even give me the packaging bag and when I asked for.

Terrible service and staff really rude. Cant even answer back nicely. One attitude for selling things and another for when to sell things back to them .
