I met a wonderful saleswoman at Poh Kong in Genting Highlands today. I don't know her name, but I remember she was very nice and young. Her service and politeness were excellent, and she was very patient. I had a very pleasant shopping experience, and thank you for helping me buy the ring I'd been looking for!

If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. When I went to the jewelry store to ask if they could help with rope braiding, the clerk first grunted before answering no. What did that grunt mean? My impression of Poh Kong has always been very good, so why is the service at Genting Sky Avenue so terrible?

When dropby your store today at 3.30pm and was looking for a ring...bad service given by your Chinese female staff...She was dreaming there while asking for help... Such a bad experience.
