Food quality is normal, price is cheaper than the bigger brands hotpots but service wise is horrible. I have to request several times to get correct order. Most importantly, they do not even initiate any soup refills. It was soooo salty.

Came here with high expectations and left extremely disappointed. The portion sizes are laughably small for the price. I genuinely thought the meat tray was a sample plate. For what they charge, youd expect quality, but the meat was.

Vegetables not fresh (they said set and ala cart gives different vegetables, ala cart is fresher) Hygiene is a problem, utensils and tableware are not clean well and the tissue.

Having nice Hotpot with cold breeze is really enjoyable and fits the ambience. Service is friendly and fast. Will recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Such a waste. The ambience is very cosy and comfortable. The collagen soup was salty and cannot taste anything else.

Nice ambience however they have no more signature ice-vegetable and self grown vegetable as the shop owner is in the midst of getting new vendor to provide this service. DO NOT recommend to order their tomato soup, do stick with their basic chicken and gojiberry soup will do. Price shown are nett.

Its way too expensive for its quality & quantity of food. RM20 for a plate of coin size beef slice (est. 10+ PCs only) and the quality of the meat, not just beef, the pork and lamb is the not fresh at all. Dont make me start with the soup.

It was a fine dining experience. Because the set up is similar to that of farm to table, the food seemed to be a medicine for a healthy living lifestyle and it could also be served as a medicine in the form of food. If you love to eat then.
