Food quality is normal, price is cheaper than the bigger brands hotpots but service wise is horrible. I have to request several times to get correct order. Most importantly, they do not even initiate any soup refills. It was soooo salty.
Zainal bin Ariffin
Came here with high expectations and left extremely disappointed. The portion sizes are laughably small for the price. I genuinely thought the meat tray was a sample plate. For what they charge, youd expect quality, but the meat was.
Ee Shen Chan
Vegetables not fresh (they said set and ala cart gives different vegetables, ala cart is fresher) Hygiene is a problem, utensils and tableware are not clean well and the tissue.
