All staff in black face including the pharmacist. Date is 4/8/2022 around 2000. Went in to this Watson to get something. Ask the pharmacist(Chinese) but answer in loud of sound. Then when made payment the cashier (Malay), don't let me pay.

Staff are not trained and is very defensive when being provided with constructive feedback. They have asked me to put my shopping bag on the floor in front of the shop before entering. All I was asking is for them to put a table or shelve.

This drugs and convenience store located in First World Hotel near Tower 1 lift. They have a lot of personal daily needs such as hair and body care, drugs, vitamins and supplement, drinking water, and snack. The price is quite affordable.

A very bad attitude staff especially the supervisor female. The arrangement of the products in promotion area and using the plastic plate, when upper left one product but you want to choose the bottom one, it will be imbalance. A really bad.
