Bad service. I called and asked for the availability of paracetamol/panadol. Instead, the person who answered gave a ridiculous answer. If the item is not available, just say no and don't play the fool.

Waste of time. I called to confirm if it was open. They said yes, but when I arrived the store was closed. I called the same number again and no one picked up. Got a WhatsApp message instead asking me to come, but it was already closed.

Very bad service, selling expired products (item had already expired for a year) and didn't want to refund initially until we asked for it. Very rude staff, being bossy and kept pushing the responsibility.

Located behind H&M, Level 3 SkyAvenue. Good service. They had all the medicine I needed here. When it comes to urgency, price doesn't matter.

Very bad service. When I walked into the store, she didn't answer any questions and just watched a movie on the computer. I wonder if such an employee will sell the wrong medicine.
