Toy world genting highlands lvl 4 sky avenue, its already more that a few minutes from 9.23pm until 9.55pm until your shop closes the staff not yet coming from toilet, I just want to buy the present wrapping is it still need to wait so long.

We had a very unpleasant experience at Toy World, Genting Highlands. The male staff member was extremely rude and reluctant to show us other items when we asked. This kind of behavior made us feel unwelcome and discouraged us from shopping.

Very bad experience at this shop, wanted to buy Hotwheel full case but the staff say no more new case, yesterday told me got a lot new case if want 5 case also got then today I went back want to buy the staff give me attitude say no more.
