The cashier don't greet or smile, not even a thank you after purchasing. She uttered, '60 cents for a bag and no returns or exchange after payment'. Another make employee was better, a smile and a nod. I thought Malaysian s were warm people?

Me and my family had an issue where one of the clothing tags were not removed from an item we bought from a previous store causing the sensor to beep as we entered this store. Instead of helping us identify the problem the staff here were.
