I'm not sure whether the Coffee Master named Ray is a supervisor or an outlet manager, but I would like to share my concern regarding her attitude. She tends to give an unfriendly and unapproachable expression, which contrasts sharply with what you'd expect.

This is the worst Starbucks experience I have had so far. Service is bad, drinks are not prepared to the mark, and the staff is rude (staff: Ray).

Hi, I have been a Starbucks customer since 2016 but today I had a really bad experience with this Starbucks. A staff member making the drink didn't even want to answer me to my face, and when I asked for extra sugar, he said I had to pay.

The staff already knew we couldn't speak Malay but still kept talking in Malay with customers. Another staff member told the staff named Ray that we couldn't speak Malay but still continued in Malay.

The staff are consistently cheerful and helpful. Azizi is one of the staff members I have nominated in recognition of his excellent service.

Rude staff, very unprofessional, no hi or greeting, no thank you when you tip them. You can stand at the cashier while they make as if they didn't notice you and continue their conversation among themselves.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on 25th November 2025 at 10:30 PM. The staff were unfriendly and did not provide good service when introducing a product. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly.
