Really bad. I parked at 5pm, and by 6am the next day, someone stole the right rear light of my Hilux.

My experience at Genting SkyAvenue car park was frustrating. On 24 April at 9.30pm, all cars were trapped inside, causing a one-hour delay and exceeding the grace period on my ticket. There was no customer service team available to assist.

It was frustrating that there were no clear signs or notices indicating the way out, and the exit sign at the end was closed. The poor management led to a significant waste of time trying to find the way out. With the exit closed, I had to go all the way around.

Seriously? What is the problem in a car park? We have been stuck in the queue from B6 for an hour now. We called the auxiliary police and complained, but all they said was it's a common occurrence and there is nothing they can do about it.

Quite a big car park, but most of the time hard to find parking. Signboards are not really clear, made a lot of mistakes when routing to parking.

Great carpark near the theme parks, casino, and mall. RM3 for up to 2 hours, RM18 for the day. Heaps of space on a weekday. Exit signs are terrible, lots of driving around each level trying to find the way out, got out eventually. Need a Touch 'n Go card for payment.

Very confusing lifts to the parking basement. There is a button inside the lift even though the lift doesn't stop at the parking floor. We searched for an hour for the lift to parking. The lift only stops at B2, not B3 to B7. We kept going out and in trying to find our way.
