i lost my ordered item when it arrived , they did not send off notification to me and without my acknowledgement and permission , the staff return my order back to sender as i presummed. I am seeking legal order to retreive my money back.

item delivered marked in poslaju tracker. but item actually never send and stuck at this worst pos malaysia ive experienced. very slow, break hour over time while people already que very long outside. only 1 counter open and very slow!

The memo is written there 12.30pm close temporarily, but 12 something have already closed. Poslaju staffs are so lazy to work? Better resign and apply other jobs. Make people wasting their time.

Rarely encounter issues with PosLaju services or you could say it's almost none, but not this time. Perhaps you guys next time need to inform earlier before getting paid for your services if any postman couldn't hand over the package to.

Why can open until now alot of complain also useless. Staff is very rude. my parcel is not arrived go And ask they say i need to go to take posjagu kelena jaya .Why like this if i can go why i using pos laju . for what why i pay their . service very very plz take action .

The staff here very useless for me. His very lazy to do his job. Its my first time to send parcel. but he dont tell me what to do he just sitting there and playing a game while in working.

Breaktime from 12:30 to 2:30, i was supposed to get my parcel during my breaktime but they also had the same time of breaktime. i suggest they atleast have one person to take over the releasing of parcels because not all people can go there since we also have work.
