Best, tiptop service. Thanks to Wani for attending to me. Called the store to ask about the on-going sale. It was the last day, so I called and asked about shoe availability. Wani helped me buy the shoe so easily for me to just pick up.

It was a delightful experience at Michael Kors GPO. Bought the Mirella Bag, it's super cute! A staff named Eryn approached me. I appreciate her customer service and the professional way they conduct their business. Will definitely come again.

Come during weekends, a lot of customers, need to queue. I'm curious why we need to queue at not only MK but all other brands. Staff explained they need to assist one or two groups per staff for a better shopping experience.

Better shopping at the boutique. The gatekeeper was a little bit rude. I just wanted to check on my mum because she said she was in MK, but I had to queue even though the store was empty.
