Outlet at Genting Grand(24hrs) is a real horrible experience. Ordered 2pcs & 3pcs set. And additional french fries. Fries came cold and hard. Chicken was cold and dry. Smash potatoes taste plastic.. makes me feel like the food is for 7th month offering!!! Never ever will be stepping in this outlet!!!!

Id like to share some feedback about a bad service experience at Genting outlets. My mother went to the counter and there were two staff members there. Female.

You place your order at the start and hand the slip to the counter. Unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service etiquette. The burger tasted good but was too small for the price 22 MYR for a meal that.

Lovely staff members but they are too slow and there is no organisation. Waited nearly 30/40 minutes for a couple of burgers and fries. Really poor service when it came to speed. Food was bang average and lukewarm too.

The food is good, but the burger is quite small. I'm not sure why. Also, there aren't many options for those who prefer non-spicy food. Also, the fish nuggets i don't recommend are not as good as the fish meal, The ice cream is nice, but I recommend sticking with the regular one. The chocolate version isnt worth the extra cost, as it doesnt add much to the flavor.
