Doesn't deserve a single star. As a premium brand staff, I did a favour to help my friend since I was at Genting Premium Outlet. 10th May 2026 at 8:55pm. I'm sure he craved the commission. A premium brand with your staff behaving like this is unacceptable.

Went to Marc Jacobs in GPO, doesn't deserve any star. The lady didn't even greet customers, no smile, face as if she's forced to work. I was trying on the new arrival sandals and wanted my size, politely said 'excuse me', but she was dismissive.

The male staff had a terrible attitude. My daughter and I were looking around in the shop. We sat on a big black stool whilst discussing which bag to buy. Within 5 minutes, the staff approached us with a condescending look.

Came here with friends. He wanted to buy a bag in this store because the service is good, the staff are friendly, and all the items are nice with very good quality. Keep up the service.
