Went to get a piercing done and the staff were all so friendly and sincere. I was having trouble deciding on the placement of my first helix piercing and the staff all gave their honest opinions, relating to their own experiences. Very helpful and reassuring.

Just got my ear pierced. They convinced me to take the advance aftercare and I think its very worth it. Both girls with short hair did an amazing job and they are very cheerful and friendly. Recommended!

Bought very expensive jewellery and they did not give me a box for keeping the jewellery. Because Im a traveller, all the jewellery got broken.

The staff with the mole was very rude. Both of them were talking about me whilst looking at me. Learn how to talk properly with customers and please take action for that kind of behaviour. As customers, we expect warm and friendly service.
