Staffs were very unprofessional even when there were so many customers, one particular young girl kept giggling and playing in the fitting room area, bumped into me and did not even apologise but gave me a very rude stare, disappointed that even the manager played along.

I came in a little bit close to the closing time like 15 minutes before they shut the door, but I was really interested to buy a few items from the collection. They were probably frustrated that I was still there almost to the closing time,.

Staff were quite rude and when we brought more items into the fitting room without removing the hangers (we were unaware), one of the staff on duty said "just get used to it". "习惯就好.

The service at this store is terrible. None of the employees are doing anything. They're just messing around in the store, especially the female workers. My suggestion is to hire new employees and provide them with some training on how to work properly.
