Insect and its web found inside a brand-new, sealed box of Danson Twin Towers chocolate box! Horrible! It's a perfect gift but please refrain from buying if you don't want a heart attack. The entire box is filled with webs.

Some of their chocolates are available at supermarkets in KL or Klang Valley at lower prices. Example: Ritter chocolate square bars at Jaya Jusco Midvalley for RM8.95, but at Fidani they charge RM12.50!

Store assistant/manager is arrogant and shows bias towards certain customers. He probably wants customers who buy a lot from the store. Expected better customer service from a high-end chocolate store.

It's been a long time. The cashier served the person who paid behind me, as if I didn't exist. The cashier in the picture was the one involved.
