The cashier kept coughing on the food without wearing a mask. Even after we warned her, she just gave us the cookies she freshly coughed on. Sick workers should not handle food, especially during a virus outbreak.

Reading the reviews, I'm glad I didn't have to meet the rude male staff. I visited the store at 11am on the weekend and the Malay lady at the counter was friendly. Got the cookies I wanted.

Terrible customer service from the Crew Leader (Muhammad Luqman). My 3-year-old son was screaming for a cookie, so I stopped to buy a few. After the crew leader weighed 100g of cookies, I picked one from his scale and gave it to my son. He reacted rudely.

The Malay lady took other customers' orders first even though I was in the queue the whole time. She didn't even understand what I was complaining about. Wasted my time.

Very bad feeling when buying something here. I asked the king if it was chocolate inside, and the Malay staff used a sarcastic tone saying 'ya la, tak akan ini ice-cream'. I just wanted to double-check what was inside. Why talk like that?
