Staff at oden counter very, very slow. When it was finally our turn, we were told the laksa kahwin was not available. So we queued for nothing. At least put a notice or something that it's not available. Don't know if it's truly not available or they're just lazy to cook.

Do you have staff like this? At first, there were 3 people, then it became 2. I wanted to order ramen at the counter but was told to order oden only at the front. So I went to the back counter and was told to go to the front again. Very confusing.

Tried to order oden, cashier didn't say anything to us, just turned off the counter suddenly. Tried to call her but she just ignored us. But she could still serve the customer in front of us. So rude. If you want to close, just say so, don't leave customers waiting like fools.

I really like the cashier! The dark Malay guy is so helpful and friendly! There were a lot of people and yet he wasn't even rude when I needed to ask about something. He even suggested good food, not like the other cashier I have talked with previously. Overall, love that guy!

First time trying the oden at FamilyMart and it was life-changing for me. It hits different when you are outdoors bracing the cold wind and foggy situation.

I didn't manage to get a picture and name because it was super busy, the line was literally outside the shop. But the cashier was super efficient, super nice, and professional. I went on 14/09/2025 around 8.40pm. Ordered a bunch of items and was served quickly.

The female staff is rude as hell. I don't know her name, but a Malay female staff who thinks she's a gangster or something. I bought sausage and fried chicken and it took them so long to reheat and prepare. When I asked if they were ready, she was dismissive.

Bad! Very bad service! I came here twice. My first experience was the best, but the second time the staff were rude. I tried to find the same staff member from before, a small dark-skinned male, who was your best staff. The second time, everyone was unhelpful.

The staff Ain Syuhadah was not only very rude in portraying customer service but also snatched the customer's money harshly. It tarnishes the image of FamilyMart. We are fully aware Japanese people serve customers 10 times better even though they cannot speak English well. Her act was really unexpected as frontliner staff.

The shop said it was open 24 hours on Google, but when we came at 2am, it was already closed. Then suddenly a notice was put up at the shop. It's really tiring for people who walked a long distance just to get here.
