I came to Genting today and bought perfume and makeup primer. The staff weren't Chinese, but they provided excellent service!

The staff's service was terrible. When we entered the store, all they did was ask how to register for a free gift. Their response was incredibly rude: "Register, huh?", and then they turned and walked away. What? This kind of attitude just because we didn't buy anything?

Disappointed as Chanel member. there is no special offer ppackage or special gifts to members during the birthday month, or there is no attractive present or gifts even with certain value spent. this is because the shop located at tourist.

Would always shop at Chanel Beaute whenever I go to Genting . Was served by Miss Azeela Azmadi she is professional, friendly and very patient. Had a great shopping experience with her.
