As a regular customer, Ive always had good experiences here, but Austin really stands out. I only planned to grab one perfume this time, just a quick visit, but thanks to his thoughtful suggestions and deep knowledge, I ended up going home.

Authentic perfumes with affordable price. The staffs are very attentive and friendly, theyll let you smell any perfume scent youve requested and give the best suggestions.

The customer service attitude is very poor. We want to try more scents. But the lady staff will show black face to us.

No one picks up the phone. When we arrived, there only 3 people inside the store but they made us line up outside we lined up for 30 minutes but the customers inside were not done browsing so we had to continue waiting, what a joke. on top of all of that, the staffs were rude as well lol.

Beyond silly. Not many clients inside and yet require ppl to queue. Walked away immediately.

Please hire more staff, only 2 staff and the que very long. Wasting time. People want to spend but turn off because need to wait for so long. Other shop allow more customer to enter, this is not because follow SOP but reason why staff not many.
