This man is very rude! He threw away the signage for sign up and get a free original pretzel. He got angry at us for claiming that and said the original pretzel was already low in stock, so we couldnt get any. He was also rude about the dipping sauce.

The staff was fixing the pipe and then didnt wash his hands before serving us. The way he handed the food to us was by putting his finger inside the cup, which contaminated our food. They also looked very unwilling to serve us. Please fix this.

Cold, oily pretzels served with watery lemonade that has zero taste. I asked for chocolate sauce and they said they had run out. How do you exactly run out of sauce is beyond me. Just avoid, at least this Genting store.

We tried the new flavours which are sesame seeds and Parmesan cheese, and both were very tasty!

Visited in May 2024. Much cheaper than Singapore, though still not that cheap. Cinnamon sugar tastes a bit off; maybe not enough sugar or left too long.

This foreign staff has been throwing customers food on the counter and on the preparation counter top. After he threw it at the counter in front of me, I was literally shocked. Very unprofessional.

Tried their original flavour. It tastes good and milky. Sadly it wasnt served hot. 8/10.
