The female staff member was extremely rude. She knocked over a customer's belongings but made no effort to help or apologize. When I brought it up, she responded with complete indifference and continued to offer no assistance whatsoever.

Staff grouping, instead of serving customers chit chat with each other. When I ask for the size, staff did not attending to my need, until I asked for second time only I got the response, very disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at Skechers. When I was purchasing a pair of shoes, the staff were rude and dismissive, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. Later, when I got home, I discovered a staple stuck inside the shoe,.

Superb services and clearance section. Got a total of 4 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of slipper for less than RM200 which is a big bargain for me considering the fact that each shoes cost about RM39 to RM49 (dont remember which) and the kids.
